Customer Visit
A meeting is arranged either at your home, place of work or
other convenient location in order to talk through your actual
or proposed property ownership. This meeting will gather information
on the following key areas: |

- Property – i.e. location,
type, price etc
- Ownership – i.e. who, what
proportion, beneficiaries etc
- Funding – i.e. cash, UK
mortgage, Spanish mortgage etc
- Beneficiaries– i.e. who
will be left the property
- Plans for the property –
i.e. holiday home, long term investment, quick sale, rental
etc

| We will outline each of the relevant Spanish taxes that may
be applicable, in order that you have a clear and thorough understanding
of the Spanish tax system for non-residents. |

This meeting allows us
to provide a specific assessment of your current or proposed tax liabilities,
and to outline and discuss methods and options to minimise your tax position.
In addition, it will give you the opportunity to run through any what
if scenarios that you may be considering.
Following this meeting Numerological will provide you with a schedule
outlining the taxes relevant to you and your property, and also detail
any potential actions that were discussed, which require further input
from either yourself or Numerological.
